Account information: We collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.
Property and tenant data: This includes property addresses, unit details, tenant names, contact information, lease terms, and rent amounts — all entered by you as part of managing your portfolio.
Payment data: Rent payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers. We receive only transaction confirmations and payment status from Stripe.
Usage data: We collect basic usage information including session logs, feature usage patterns, and device information to improve the platform experience.
We use your data to provide and operate the RealAnalyticsPro platform, including property management, tenant tracking, and financial analytics. We process rent payments through our integration with Stripe. We send you important notifications about your trial status, billing, and account security. We also use aggregate usage patterns to improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate RealAnalyticsPro:
Stripe — Payment processing for rent collection. Stripe handles all sensitive payment data under their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Vercel — Application hosting and deployment. Vercel's privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Neon — Database hosting for secure data storage. All data is encrypted at rest.
We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
Active accounts: Your data is retained for as long as your account is active and in good standing.
Deleted accounts: Upon account deletion, all personal data and property/tenant records are permanently removed within 30 days.
Expired trial accounts: Data from trial accounts that expire without subscribing is retained for 30 days after trial expiry, then permanently deleted.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and encrypted at rest. We enforce strict landlord-scoped data access, meaning no user can view or modify another user's properties, tenants, or financial data. We conduct regular security audits of our authentication and authorization systems. All passwords are securely hashed using bcrypt before storage.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and regulatory reasons. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered account address. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
