By creating an account or using RealAnalyticsPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of RealAnalyticsPro after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
RealAnalyticsPro is a cloud-based property management platform designed for independent landlords managing residential rental properties in the United States. The platform provides portfolio financial analytics, tenant management, automated rent collection via Stripe, income and expense tracking, and a full mobile web application. Our goal is to give self-managing landlords the tools they need to operate their rental portfolios efficiently and professionally.
New accounts receive a 90-day free trial with full access to all platform features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the 90-day period, your trial expires automatically and you are under no obligation to subscribe. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry, after which it may be permanently deleted. If you choose to subscribe before the trial ends, your transition to a paid plan is seamless with no interruption to service.
After your free trial, continued access to RealAnalyticsPro requires a paid subscription. We offer both monthly and annual billing intervals. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful property management purposes. You must provide accurate property, tenant, and financial data. You may not misuse tenant payment data or personal information collected through the platform. You must not attempt to access another user's data or interfere with the platform's operation. You are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing landlord-tenant relationships in your jurisdiction.
Your use of RealAnalyticsPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously — all data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and landlord data is strictly isolated from other accounts. For details on what data we collect and how we use it, please review the Privacy Policy.
All content, features, and functionality of RealAnalyticsPro — including software, design, text, and graphics — are owned by RealAnalyticsPro and protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any property, tenant, or financial data you enter into the platform. You retain full rights to export and use your data at any time.
RealAnalyticsPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the platform settings or by contacting us at the email address below. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the platform in a manner that could harm other users or the integrity of the service. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases immediately and your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
